As of mid-September 2026, Brent crude oil prices were reported trading at approximately what level per barrel?

Explanation: Brent crude oil prices were reported trading at approximately $104 per barrel in mid-September 2026, having crossed the $100 mark the previous week amid an Iran-imposed effective blockade of the Strait of Hormuz and continued attacks on Saudi energy infrastructure by Houthi forces. Elevated oil prices during this period significantly increased import costs for energy-dependent economies including Pakistan, complicating efforts to manage the current account deficit and overall inflation.
