Balochistan's Home Minister Ziaullah Langov alleged in September 2026 that certain politicians and NGOs were doing what?

Explanation: Balochistan Home Minister Ziaullah Langov said that certain officials, politicians and non-governmental organisations were financing terrorists in Balochistan, pointing to a nexus between elements of the political and civil society landscape and separatist militancy. The allegation reflects long-standing tension in the province between the state's counter-insurgency approach and civil society groups advocating for missing persons and human rights. Such claims are frequently contested by rights organisations, which accuse authorities of using terrorism financing allegations to suppress dissent.
