The Pakistan Stock Exchange benchmark index gained how many points in a partial recovery reported around 16 September 2026?

Explanation: The KSE-100 index rebounded strongly, gaining 1,421.67 points, or 0.85 percent, in a partial recovery attributed to value-hunting by investors. Sentiment later improved further after remarks from President Trump suggesting the Iran war could be nearing an end. Stock market movements in Pakistan during this period were closely tied to shifting geopolitical risk perceptions, oil price fluctuations and expectations around the country's ongoing IMF-supported economic programme.
