Which political party announced a "super long march" towards Islamabad beginning 20 September 2026?

Explanation: Jamaat-e-Islami chief Hafiz Naeemur Rehman announced that the party's "super long march" towards Islamabad would begin on 20 September 2026, confirming that JI was in contact with PTI and a farmers' alliance over coordinated demonstrations. The campaign is driven by rising fuel prices, inflation and energy costs. For CSS current affairs preparation, the march matters because it tests knowledge of Article 16 of the Constitution on freedom of assembly, the government's use of Section 144, and the recurring tension between protest politics and administrative control of the federal capital.
