Spanish police moved migrants off beaches in which North African enclave in September 2026?

Explanation: Spanish police moved migrants off beaches in Ceuta, a Spanish enclave on the North African coast, amid recurring efforts by migrants to reach European territory through the enclave's land and sea borders with Morocco. Ceuta and its sister enclave Melilla have long been flashpoints for irregular migration into Europe, given their status as the only land borders between Africa and the European Union. Spanish and Moroccan authorities periodically coordinate on border management and deterrence measures in the area.
