Which council's directive for the return of Afghan medical students was kept suspended by the Lahore High Court in September 2026?

Explanation: The Lahore High Court extended the suspension of a Pakistan Medical and Dental Council directive requiring Afghan medical students and graduates to return, while the PMDC lawyer sought more time to submit a written reply. More Afghan graduates simultaneously moved the court seeking degree certificates and registration for house jobs. For CSS Current Affairs, the case combines refugee and migration policy, higher education regulation and the legal consequences of Pakistan's ongoing repatriation drive for Afghan nationals.
