The Kohat Police Lines compound targeted on 18-19 September 2026 housed offices of the Counter Terrorism Department and which other unit?

Explanation: The attacked compound in Kohat served as a district-level police headquarters, housing key offices of the Counter Terrorism Department and the Special Branch, along with several other police units, making it a high-value security target. The dual presence of counter-terrorism and intelligence-gathering functions in one facility is a common feature of district police architecture in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and such combined installations have increasingly been targeted by militants seeking to disrupt provincial counter-insurgency capacity.
