The Kohat Police Lines attack's initial reports from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Inspector General described a suicide bomber detonating near which building?

Explanation: According to initial reports cited by Dawn, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Inspector General of Police said a suicide bomber detonated himself near the Special Branch building within the Kohat Police Lines complex, as a clearance operation got under way with six terrorists killed at that point in the operation. This early account illustrates how initial official statements in the immediate aftermath of a major attack often provide only partial casualty and operational details, which are subsequently revised and expanded as the situation develops.
