The rising death toll from the Kohat attack, alongside intensified operations in Balochistan on the same weekend, illustrates a broader nationwide pattern of what, according to security analysts?

Explanation: The near-simultaneous occurrence of the deadly Kohat Police Lines attack in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and intensified counter-terrorism operations against separatist militants in Balochistan's Panjgur and Chagai districts over the same weekend illustrates a broader nationwide pattern of simultaneous militant and insurgent pressure across two of Pakistan's most security-sensitive provinces.
