Senior Turkish and Qatari security officials visited Kabul in September 2026 reportedly at whose request?

Explanation: Reports indicated that the visit to Kabul by Ibrahim Kalin, head of Turkiye's National Intelligence Organization, and Hamad bin Khamis Al-Kubaisi, deputy secretary of Qatar's National Security Council, was made at Pakistan's request, with strained relations between Islamabad and the Afghan Taliban a central focus. Both Ankara and Doha have long acted as intermediaries with the Taliban.
